Today’s blast from the past takes the form of an advert produced by the Harris Tweed Association. According to this advert, Harris Tweed® individuality stretches even to the island sheep! The Harris Tweed Association was started in 1909 and continued to protect and promote the industry until the 1993 Act of Parliament brought the Harris Tweed Authority into being.
