Griffith Textile Machines visit

It was a pleasure to host our partners from Griffith Textile Machines Ltd (GTM) on the Isle of Lewis over the last few days. GTM (gtm-ltd.co.uk) has been working with and supplying our industry for over thirty years, and whilst this was a welcome return visit for Dave Giles (left), who has worked with many island weavers over the years, it was a first time visit for the company’s Managing Director, David Bowden (right).
Our thanks to the weavers who so willingly opened their loom sheds to us, to Harris Tweed Hebrides (harristweedhebrides.com), Kenneth Mackenzie Ltd (harristweedbykmk.com) and the Association of Harris Tweed Weavers.
